OBITUARY
FREDERICK L. ROBINSON
The heavenly gates opened on December 7, 2022, to welcome Frederick L. Robinson. Fred attended IPS #37 and was a 1960 graduate of Crispus Attucks High School. Fred had a distinguished career at Eli Lilly and Company for 34 years. After retiring from Eli Lilly and Company, Fred joined RCR Technology Corporation.
Fred accepted Christ at a young age and later continued his spiritual journey as a member of Eastern Star Church. Fred was an avid golfer and a member of the Top Flight Golf Club where he established long-lasting friendships that continued until he departed this life. Fred was active in the community and contributed his time, passion, and lifetime expertise to several philanthropic organizations in and around the Indianapolis area. He took great pride in sharing life lessons by mentoring youth and teens. As an alum of Crispus Attucks High School, Fred was an integral part of the Alumni Association, serving as President. His love for Crispus Attucks was never ending.
Fred is preceded in death by his parents Frank L. and Anna N. Robinson and brother Michael Robinson. Left to cherish his loving memories are his wife, Bonnie L. Robinson, daughters, Linda Lumpkin (William Lumpkin, deceased), Sharon Robinson-Reed (Robert Reed), two granddaughters, Lindsey, and Lauren Reed, brother Larry Robinson and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
